The latest trailer for Deep Down shows that the game is set not in a fantasy world but in 2094 New York. This new IP seems to be taking inspiration from the Assassins’s Creed series as its main character has to travel back in time to 1494 in order to piece together some kind of mystery.
Deep Down will be a free to play title although Capcom will be charging players for in-game items and other content. The publisher has also confirmed that the game is a PS4 exclusive and will feature co-operative multiplayer.
