Directore Hidetaka Suehiro has surprised gamers with an announcement that his next project, D4, will be releasing today. The digital only release will feature the prologue and the first two episodes of the game, with more episodes to follow in the future. It will be priced at $14.99.
D4, which stands for ”Dark Dreams Don’t Die”, is a murder investigation game in which a psychological trauma has given the protagonist time travelling powers . The project is being developed by Access Games, a studio who rose to prominence in 2010 with the weird yet wonderful Deadly Premonition. Fans of that game will most likely find a lot to like in Suehiro’s latest title.
D4 is available right now, only on Xbox One.
