PAX Prime is next week and with that tons of PR people are sending out waves of emails to solicit your attention. One such news item which landed on our desk today was from The Behemoth, whom you might know from Castle Crashers, BattleBlock Theater, and Alien Hominid.
They dropped journalists a line to let everyone know they’re working on an Xbox One exclusive, tentatively titled, Game 4. According to the press release, this new title has been in existence since before the release of BattleBlock Theater and is a genre they have yet to delve into. The Behemoth hope to “breathe a new flavor into” this yet to be revealed genre.
The team is bringing the game to PAX Prime in Seattle next week and it will be playable on the show floor. The Behemoth are hoping their strong community of supporters will help “steer the process” forward with their feedback.
“What we’ve ended up with is something we are all very proud of. I am confident you’ll get a kick out of this one. So we’ve decided to bring it to PAX Prime — and you can play it! … I cannot wait to show you guys what we’ve got!”, said Dan Paladin, Art Director & Co-Founder of The Behemoth.
Game 4 will be at PAX Prime Booth 3003.
