The Last of US: Left Behind DLC Becomes Standalone

The Last of Us: Left Behind DLC becomes a standalone version for both PS3 and PS4 this morning, and is available for download now on the Playstation Store. Making the DLC a standalone means you no longer need to own the base game (The Last of Us) in order for play, however it’s unclear as to if there will be a retail version yet. I do appreciate it when developers allow people to purchase an expansion or side campaign without the need of the game it’s based off of.
