The first trailer for the multiplayer portion of The Last of Us has been released (thanks to GamesHQMedia) and it sees clans of human survivors facing off in a battle for supplies, 20 years after the initial outbreak that wreaked humanity.
Players will be able to craft weapons, health packs and other gear to use against equally desperate players and it seems like co-op and teamwork will be key to getting the items you need and surviving the 12 planned weeks of various situations and threats. Marauder attacks, dysentery outbreak, coming across friendly survivors and more are in store for players of the The Last of Us‘ multiplayer.
The Last of Us releases next Friday (June 14th).
