The HD remake of The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker has been announced to release this October on the Wii U, Nintendo revealed during their E3 Nintendo Direct.
Iwata also detailed a new item, called the Tingle Bottle, that replaces the Tingle Turner from the Gamecube version of the game and allows players to write notes using the Wii U gamepad for other players to find in their own games of Wind Waker HD.
