Telltale Games’ episodic adventure The Walking Dead recently took the “Game of the Year” award – not to mention several others – at the 2012 Video Game Awards, and now Microsoft are offering Episode 1 of the acclaimed 5-episode game free on XBLA.
There is currently no word on exactly how long this offer will be in place, although Telltale has confirmed that it is a limited time offer. As well as a slew of awards to its name, at the time of writing, The Walking Dead on Xbox 360 also has a Metacritic score of 95 out of 100.
So if you’re an Xbox 360 user who has yet to experience the game and you’re wondering what all the fuss is about, here’s the perfect chance to find out for yourself.
