Valentine’s Day has come and gone and we’re still in love with video games. We may not always have the best experiences with games but there are plenty of games that keep our love of gaming going. Some season passes, DLC, and even some games may tempt us to quit gaming but for every one of those there’s always an Uncharted 4, Overwatch, VVVVVV, and plenty of retro games that have already stolen our hearts to fall back on whenever modern games get us down.

Without further ado, here’s what we’ve been drinking and how we think it’s going to go down!

Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, LucasArts

Spiced Peragus Punch

Two fingers of Spiced Rum

6 oz of Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords

2 oz of Alone With You

1 oz of Spyro the Dragon

A splash of Chance the Rapper’s Coloring Book

Man oh man, it’s been a busy week. As one of the editors at BagoGames it’s my job to make sure we’re always releasing lots of polished and great content from our staff writers and there’s been plenty of great content submitted. As you already know there’s never a shortage of good stuff to read here but we’ve been doing a lot of planning for a lot of great articles. In between editing and planning I’ve been working on my next two retro reviews, which are Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords and Spyro the Dragon. The first being one of my favorite games of all time (don’t worry–you’ll still get an objective retro review) and the latter being a classic I’ve enjoyed since I was younger. My Wife and I just finished moving to a different city and that’s unfortunately caused a delay on my next review but I recently started it and am really enjoying it. Alone With You is a love letter to the Sega CD era and I’m really enjoying it so far. I’ve always started listening to Coloring Book again since it’s been a few months and the Grammy awards reminded me of how much I loved that album. It’s been busy but it’s been smooth as hell too. I really recommend this drink to anyone looking for something tasty!

Post Valentine’s Day Cinnamon Shots

Fireball Whiskey (1 Shot per person)

Cinnamon rimmed shot glasses

Follow up with dating simulators and/or multiplayer games

Add chocolate until you hit a sugar rush

Are you a single person bummed about being solo on Valentine’s day? Maybe you’re a couple enjoying paired bliss? Either way gather single friends or couples and enjoy this recipe featuring love, fun, and tasty drinks! Enjoy your favorite multiplayer games with single friends or spend some time with your significant other killing zombies, goblins, and more!

If you are solo this weekend, spend some time with dating sims like My Horse Prince, Katty Powers’ Matchmaker or Hunipop. If you like romance with a side of farming, give Stardew Valley a try instead. Chase the shots with some Valentines’ chocolate and enjoy the fruits of chocolate sales while you try to decipher which of the chocolates you bought have the gross filling that no one ever wants!

Rocket League, Psyonix

Up With The Sickness

4 oz The Joy of Painting

10 oz flat Ginger Ale

10 oz Rocket League

5 oz Gears of War

5 oz Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime

Continuous PAX East Preparation

After starting the week with aggressive vomiting and violent stomach pains at 4 AM, slowly consume the first two ingredients (crackers and dry toast are optional) and then get plenty of rest. Consume the next two ingredients aloen on the Xbox One and when you’re joined on the couch by a loved one, cooperatively enjoy the second to last ingredient. Please note that the final ingredient is most important and should be continually consumed alongside all other ingredients, regardless of your mental or physical state.
