According to a filing by Securities and Exchange Commission, THQ’s VP, corporate controller and chief accounting officer, Teri Manby will be stepping down on July 6. Rose Cunningham, a seven-year company veteran will be promoted.
Manby officially resigned from her position on June 14, but will remain with THQ until July 6 to transition her duties to Cunningham who will be taking over the role of vice president and corporate controller for the company. THQ chief financial officer Paul Pucino will be assuming the role of chief accounting officer.
THQ announced yesterday that they have cancelled the standalone Saints Row: The Third expansion Enter the Dominatrix and that the content would instead be placed into the next installment of the Saints Row franchise that is expected to be released in 2013. THQ estimates this will mean losing $20 Million in net sales for the current financial year.
