Time Recoil brings Slow-Mo Mechanics and Time Travel to your Playstation Vita with its Official Release

Time Recoil by developer 10tons LTD has finally released on PlayStation Vita, with cross-buy support so you can play it on your PS4 as well. The top-down shooter looks a lot like a mixture of Hotline Miami and the Terminator franchise of films, in that there is a lot of time travel and a lot of shooting involved.

Time Recoil is a Top-down shooter in which you are put in the role of a member of a rebel organization. This rebel organization’s goal is to stop the dictator Mr. Time, who seeks to travel back and forth throughout time to try and eradicate the rebels once and for all. You have one main power at your disposal; killing enemies slows down time, which extends the more you kill enemies. Killing enemies also builds up a special ability, which can be upgraded as you progress through the game.

Here is what the CEO of 10tons had to say about Time Recoil

Time Recoil features strong hooks in its gameplay with stylish slow-motion kills and killer synthwave soundtrack to boot. There’s a distinct crowd who feel it’s our best game yet, which is just terrific to hear.

Time Recoil is 13.99 on the PSN and boasts not only a full single-player campaign but also a robust time-attack mode that allows you to compete with other players to get the fastest time. Climb the leaderboards and see just how quickly you can complete each level.
