FUNimation released the Tokyo Ravens anime collection on home video. This anime originated as a light novel series illustrated by Sumihei and written by Johei Azano.
In this story there are powerful families who are in control of incredible spells. Harutora appears to be a normal, everyday guy. However, he has descended from an family of onmyouji – and a powerful one at that. Harutora’s family is filled with powerful and talented magic wielders, a skill he lacks, until one day he meets a friend from his past. For a long time Harutora believed he would lead a mundane life, then Natsume rushes back and changes his future. Now he is involved in the world of magic and will be learning a few new things from both friends and enemies.
This urban fantasy anime’s home video collection features all twenty four episodes on both Blu-ray and DVD discs for $52.49. Both Japanese and English audio is available through the menu as well as the English subtitles. Currently the combo pack is on back-order, yet FUNimation states on their store website that the collection will be shipped as soon as new ones are in stock.
