Nintendo’s Tomodachi Life Direct is certainly a treat to watch. The Tomodachi series has sold over 5 million games in Japan and the newest title, Tomodachi Life is coming to North America on June 5, 2014! The word “tomodachi” means friend in Japanese, so the game’s title in English is Friend Life. In this 3DS game Miis are paramount. From hanging out with Mr. Iwata to Reggie, Tomodachi Life is the chance to experience a life that is impossible in reality.
Attend a dance party with celebrities, fall in love with Samus or Link, or even sing on a stage with your secret crush, anything is possible on your island. That’s right folks! In Tomodachi Life, you have a private island with citizens who are the friends you already have and want to have live with you.
All the characters are Miis and using your imagination you can have literally ANY character or person in the game. Who comes to live there is up to you! For every Mii character you get to set up a custom personality and voice in addition to their looks. Something will always be happening on your island, Miis will fall in love, get married or fight over a teddy bear.
