The creepy doll from 2013’s The Conjuring will soon be starring in her own film. Annabelle will focus on the characters John and Mia trying to recoup after dealing with their spooky house. But when the eerie doll with the titular name starts causing scares within the home, the couple must fight for their lives and their child against this paranormal entity. Personally, creepy dolls never did anything for me, but there may be one or two decent scares based on this trailer. The film is being directed by John Leonetti and will star Ward Horton, Annabelle Wallis, Alfre Woodard and Tony Amendola.
Annabelle opens in theaters on October 3, 2014.
