PAX 2015 is now upon us, and the developers of Castle Crashers and Battleblock Theater have released a new trailer for their upcoming title, ‘Pit People.’

Previously known as Game 4, Pit People is a fast-paced turn-based co-op adventure which seems to feature all the wackiness we have come to expect from The Behemoth’s games. Some of this wackiness is seen in the form of giant six legged bears from space, environments made from cake, and flying/floating Giraffes who have gained this ability thanks to balloon attachments. If Disney and Pixar’s UP taught us anything it’s that if you can lift a house with balloons, then even-toed ungulates should be easy.

In true ‘The Behemoth’ style, quirky characters seem aplenty with a multitude of what seem like customization options. Much like in Battleblock Theater, the Castle Crashers attire makes an appearance in one scene. Except this time the Green Knight wields a grenade in each hand, instead of a sword and shield. All this combined nonsense seems to be shaping up to what will surely be another ‘The Behemoth’ classic. Pit People will launch for Xbox One and Steam with a release date to be announced at a later date.
