The wait is finally over for fans of the Trails of Cold Steel series as the English release date for the latest installment, Trails of Cold Steel IV was finally revealed today a alongside a gameplay trailer during the New Game+ Expo 2020 live stream. Fans can expect the game to release October 27 in North America and Europe and November 3 in Oceania on the PlayStation 4. The PC and Nintendo Switch versions will be coming after in 2021.

About the game:

The Erebonian Empire is on the brink of all-out war! Taking place shortly after the ending of Trails of Cold Steel III, the heroes of Class VII find themselves against the full force of the Empire in an attempt to stop its path of total domination. Further, the hero of the Erebonian Civil War and Class VII’s instructor, Rean Schwarzer, has gone missing.
