With the PS4 gracing American sole, we in the UK still have a little while to wait, it is going to be a given that the UK All Format Charts are going to have things shaken up as a few old favorites return thanks to their next-gen polish.

Before all of that ‘shaking’ begins however, this weeks UK Chart battle is won by the two big guns in the FPS genre, Call of Duty: Ghosts and Battlefield 4. Elsewhere in the chart we see that Nintendo is now out of the running in the battle for a spot in the top ten as Pokemon X/Y dropped out of the running last week and Professor Layton And The Azran Legacy failed to make an impact upon its release last week, entering the charts in 13th place.

The UK All Format Charts are:

Call of Duty: Ghosts (New Entry)

Battlefield 4 (No Change)
