The recently released free-to-play version of Uncharted 3’s multiplayer mode has been downloaded more than 350,000 times through the PlayStation Network service.

Although there is a cap which a $5/$20 (depending on if you want to raise the cap or remove it entirely) this has not seemed to phase gamers from taking a dive into Nathan Drakes world.

In light of this news, Naughty Dog has announced that it will continue to support the free-to-play version by releasing new paid DLC for the game every month until June 2013.

Is this how free-to-play gaming should be handled?
