The free to play MMORPG, Villagers and Heroes, is now playable on iOS devices. The game originally launched on PC in 2014, coming to Android devices at a later date. Now, users within the apple ecosystem can play Villagers and Heroes with full cross platform play across PC, Android, and iOS. While the developers, Mad Otter Games, have created a new server in preparation for the iOS launch, anyone on any platform can join the server.
Villagers and Heroes saw a major revamp in September known as Starfall. This update introduced new zones, quest lines, and skill mechanics. The game features eight primary class builds with variations, with hundreds of abilities and magical spells as well as ten crafting professions. Content consists of more than 2,000 bounties and over 1,000 quests.
Villagers and Heroes was voted best mobile MMO of 2017 by the massivelyop community. If you’re sporting ancient hardware, don’t fret about your ability to play. The iOS release supports a range of devices dating as far back as the 2013 iPhone 5s and iPad Air all the way up to the 2017 10.5 inch iPad Pro and iPhone X along with the iPhone 8 line. The App Store page for Villagers and Heroes lists a very positive star rating of 4.6/5.
