The Metal Gear Rising trailers just seem to keep coming. Feels like we just posted the Jack the Ripper trailer, and now we’ve got yet another gameplay video of Raiden and Co. slicing and dicing.
This time around, three different bosses –Mistral, Monsoon, and Sundowner– from various points in the game make Raiden work for his victory, as each time he seems to get an upper hand, the boss pulls out a new trick. There’s a moment against Monsoon that I think is pretty cool, but may be a little annoying when the time comes to fight him. A fight against Samuel is also teased towards the end, and if I had to take a guess, I’d say that he and Raiden don’t particularly care for one another.
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance has a release date of February 19 (22nd in Europe).
