<p>After so many complaints of gamers waiting for hours (allegedly) to download the day one firmware update to ensure features such as Miiverse are active on their Wii U, Nintendo have announced that the Wii U will include the update when shipped in Spring (around March) 2013.</p>
<p>Whilst many complain about the update, it’s understandable from Nintendo’s point of view because of the amount of time it would take and potential impact on shipping the console to consumers.</p>
