Similarly to the Nintendo Wii, Nintendo are hoping that as soon as people try the Wii U they will “get it” and instantly buy one. We’re literally talking about repeating that lightning in a bottle effect where you try it once, get it and immediately buy it the day after (depending on stock supplies!).

Nintendo announced that in an attempt to do this, they will be distributing “interactive Wii U kiosks” in more than 5,000 retailers across the United States with big names such as Target, Best Buy, GameStop and Walmart offering you the chance to have a hands-on session before probably forcing so many marketing leaflets onto your person that you have no choice but to pre-order or spend the rest of your life as a human paper weight.

By the power of the internet, clicking here will take you to Nintendo’s Wii U site where you can type in your ZIP code and be informed where you’re nearest Wii U can be found! Let’s us know what you all think!
