Wolf Children: Hosoda Collection is being released by FUNimation, who recently released the English audio trailer.
This special collection includes the English and Japanese audio, as well as English subtitles. Both Blu-ray & DVD discs are included along with U.S. Actor & Staff Commentary, Sage Greetings, PR Video Director’s Versions 01 & 02, Promotional Video, Original Trailer, Original Teaser, U.S. Trailer and other trailers. Based on the trailer, this collection will also include a book with some notes and concept art from the film.
Wolf Children is an anime film directed by Mamoru Hosoda. The film is about a woman named Hana who falls in love during her college years with an extraordinary person: a Wolf Man. They have two unique children that are both half wolf and half human. These siblings are rumbustious and adorable but living in a city environment is not ideal for little wolf cubs. Hana takes her small family to the rural side of Japan to live quietly and give them the option of living as wolves or humans. This beautiful story matched with gorgeous animation is being released by FUNimation on March 14, 2017.
