The Women in Games Awards shortlist is available. As the awards ceremony is larger than ever, this year they have partnered with GNIX Esports TV to broadcast the ceremony. The awards ceremony will be available to view on September 18th at 7pm.
This ceremony is a small prat of the Women in Games Festival, which takes place September 6th to 18th. The festival includes many interesting panels and events. These include a game jam, informational panels, eSports, and, of course, the award ceremony.
The shortlist for the award ceremony includes many high-profile names. In the category for Outstanding Twitch Streamer of the Year, there is fierce competition. BeesGoBzzz, Engineerbunny, Lauren Kaye, Iistalrii, and Mollyzxgames are all named.
In the category of Favorite Female Protagonist, there are a lot of great characters. Alba, of Alba: A Wildlife Adventure, is named. Lou from Hardspace, Mo from Minute of Islands, Sleeping Beauty from EverMerge, and sonny Tong from Road to Guangdong are also all named.
