World of Warcraft Has Two More Expansions Planned

World of Warcraft

World of Warcraft expansion The Mists of Pandaria is still several months away and has just recently entered beta testing but that has not stopped Blizzard from revealing there will be two more expansions beyond the panda-centric adventure. Perhaps a level cap of 100 will be achieved with the next two expansions.

Paul Sams, Blizzard Coo told CVG that “the lore creators” already have the framework for the fifth expansion and Chris Metzer, the company’s head of creative development has already pitched an idea for the sixth.

“I think Mists of Pandaria is going to breathe huge life into what I believe is the best MMo out there,” said Sams. “I think the number of people we have playing and the level of enthusiasm they have for the game suggests that to be the case. This is the next of many ways in which we’re going to grow and improve and evolve this game.”

We at Bago Games wonder how Blizzard’s subscribers will react to Pandaria. The subscriber number has decreased from more than 12 million down to 10.3 million in November and according to their February financial report the number decreased to 10.2 million.
