<p>Geoff Keighley, host of Spike TV&#8217;s GTTV and the main guy behind the Spike Video Game Awards, <a href="https://twitter.com/geoffkeighley/status/266679964491984898">took to Twitter</a> yesterday to inform the masses that Naughty Dog&#8217;s <em>The Last of Us</em> would be making an appearance at the show this year, and with it, a world premiere.</p>
<p>Gameinformer currently has a preview of the game in their latest December issue that shows a new character. So go check that out once you&#8217;re done re-reading all that GTAV stuff. <p>The Spike VGA&#8217;s are set to air on December 7th, while <em>The Last of Us</em> is due for release in 2013.</p>
