Yen Press recently announced the acquisition of the manga series – ID: Invaded #Brake-Broken which includes story by Otaro Maijo and art by Yuuki Kodama, the creator of Blood Lad. ID: Invaded also received an anime adaptation which streamed on FUnimation last season.

When Sakaido wakes up in a strange room next to a dead girl, there are only two things he knows for sure—1) he’s a brilliant detective, and 2) he has to solve the mystery of Kaeru’s death. What surprises await the brilliant detective in this strange, new world?
ID:Invaded #Brake-Broken, Vol. 1 is scheduled for a February 2021 release in print and digital.
Virtual Crunchyroll Expo Panel
Additionally, Yen Press also recently announced its participation in the upcoming Virtual Crunchyroll Expo, which takes place September 4-6. Yen Press will hold an official online panel discussion on Saturday, September 5th from 11:00am (PST) to 11:45am (PST).
The panel will reportedly feature Yen Press executives including Mark de Vera, Wendy Chan, Carl Li, Ivan Liang, and Danielle Niederkorn. The panel will also feature exciting manga and light novel announcements and a fun Q&A segment in which the Yen Press staff will answer fan questions from social media.
