More about developer Awesome Games Studio:

Awesome Games Studio is an independent game development studio founded in 2009 and based in a beautiful city of Cracow in Poland. Over the years we developed and self-published multiple games for Steam, Xbox One, PS4 and Xbox 360. We’re dedicated to staying independent and developing our own IP. We love making games as much as we love playing them.

The company’s history stretches back to its creation in 2009 by Marcin Draszczuk. The studio began developing Xbox Live Indie Games. Their first title, Duel: The Art of Combat was a failure. However, they found success with Yet Another Zombie Defense. Andrzej Pasiński joined the studio after that games release and worked with Marcin on Ooozi: Earth Adventure. I, Zombie began development shortly after.

Awesome Games Studio started releasing their best Xbox Live Indie Games through the Steam Greenlight program from 2013-2014. Yet Another Zombie Defense overhauled the visuals while adding online co-op, making it a success. Badass Hero began development in 2015. Entering Early Access in 2017, Badass Hero still has room to gestate.

Before long, Awesome Games Studio noticed the upward growth of Steam releases. In fear they may be lost in the process, the studio returned to console development with I, Zombie‘s 2016 PlayStation 4 and Xbox One releases. As I, Zombie gears up for its Nintendo Switch launch, Awesome Games Studio is working on bringing Yet Another Zombie Defense HD and Badass Hero to consoles.
