The game, Flower, appeared on IndieCade’s list of games that would make an appearance at E3 in June. Another game also on the list that will be at the PlayStation Vita booth will be Hohokum, which is a 2D sandbox adventure title from the collaborative efforts of artist Richard Hogg and developer Honeyslug.

The Vita port for Flower was thought to be handled by the original team that developed the game but a spokesperson for thatgamecompany said otherwise.

“There’s not much we can do other than to say that it exists, that we’re not handling the port for it, and that we don’t know a prospective release date,” the spokesperson said.

Apparently the Vita port of Flower will utilize the Vita’s touch screen for input and will put to use its gyroscopic motion controls. For now, things will have to sit still until full details are released at the Vita E3 booth.
