Honkai Impact 3rd New Information

The Honkai Impact 3rd DLC, “A Post-Honkai Odyssey”, takes place in a post-apocalyptic Honkai, eight years after the main game. A mysterious energy known as Honkai, has overflowed and brought the world to ruin. The player is to join a special task force to uncover the hidden secrets in St. Fountain, the City of Rebirth.

Players lead a resistance of Valkyries, brave girls carrying an anti-Honkai genome, to contain the Honkai spread. You can control up to three Valkyries in battle, and switch between them freely to overcome any encounter.

To add to these changes, another key addition is the inclusion of aerial combinations and attacks. With new combinations and Quick-Time Events, miHoYo plans to revamp the entire combat experience for players.

Above all of these changes, players can also look forward to the new character Valkyrie Gloria. Her unique draw is that she does very high Fire damage up close, and has a Throw Counter. This skill allows Valkyrie Gloria to counterattack anything that hits her.
