Fans of retro and indie games are in for a treat. Retro City Rampage is a game that looks like it belongs on the classic Nintendo and has the feel of a 1980s classic.
On the PlayStation Blog, Brian Provinciano detailed the PlayStation Vita version. He stated that the visual design has been optimized to perform on the Vita and even designed filters to add a nostalgic touch. The touch screen will also be sued. Certain mini-games will take advantage of that input device. The shop and customization menus will also utilize touch screen inputs.
Cross-platform play will also be supported. Start the game on either your PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Vita and continue the adventure on the other system.
No release date has been announced.
