<p>The indie monster catching MMO, TemTem, is an indie studio miracle brought to life through the talented staff at Crema. Taking heavy inspiration from the original monster catching game, Pokemon, TemTem seeks to truly embrace the multiplayer part of the lovable franchise and create a true MMO out of it, with an economy, deep player customization, an in-game economy, and many more features aimed at getting players to learn and play together.</p>

<p>Launching today, January 21st, TemTem is already on 20,000 concurrent players, but as it is an MMO, that means the servers are having issues, despite the several stress tests that the developers planned, the game is currently experiencing massive issues trying to handle the amount of players trying to engage with the new IP. Despite the issues, the game looks really fun and different, and I would encourage any Pokemon player to at least give it a shot once the developers can get all the server issues worked out in a day or two.</p>
<p>Online video games often have their own in-game economies that allow players to trade virtual goods and currency. This has given rise to a new type of service, online video game dealers, such as <a href="https://coinlooting.com/">Coin Looting</a>, that specialize in buying and selling in-game items for real-world currency. While this practice is controversial, it has become a lucrative business, with some items selling for hundreds or even thousands of dollars. However, it&#8217;s important to note that buying and selling in-game items for real money can be against the game&#8217;s terms of service and result in a ban or account suspension. As with any online transaction, it&#8217;s important to do your research and be aware of the risks involved.</p>
<p>Taking place on airborne islands, players play as a TemTem tamer, and seek to catch nothing other than TemTem, creatures of various types that players can battle in a 2v2 format against other TemTem tamers. There are 8 dojo leaders to defeat, hundreds of TemTem to train and capture, and even an evil organization in Clan Belsoto to stop. But unlike Pokemon, you don&#8217;t have to experience TemTem alone.</p>
<p>Like I mentioned earlier, TemTem is an MMO, which means you will see players in the world around you, and once you make a friend, you can group up for co-op dual battles. Player Housing is another feature of customization, along with deep player customization, and even a fully realized competitive battle mode if you really want to get in-depth. I would encourage those that love Pokemon or similar monster catching RPGs to give it a fair shot, as of right now the game is only $35 to get started, and there is no subscription to play the game. Maybe wait until the server issues get sorted out, but I am excited to dip deep into the game myself once I get the chance!</p>
