Early PS4 Adopters Report Having Hardware Issues

Though the PlayStation 4 doesn’t officially launch until midnight tonight, some have managed to get their hands on Sony’s next-gen system early, be it from a Taco Bell contest or one of Sony’s launch events. Unfortunately for some, they’re having trouble with their fresh out of the box systems.

One Reddit user, Arogon, has experienced such hardware issues. In a post on Reddit, he explains that his PS4, when attempting to use it, continues to have a pulsing blue light that doesn’t change to white (a sign that it has turned on completely). He contacted tech support multiple times, with two refusing to help, as the system wasn’t officially out yet, and two others trying to help him fix his system, but with no success.
