Fortnite is set to be the first game to run on the Unreal Engine 4. Fortnite will be a PC exclusive survival/shooter. Taking place during a zombie apocalypse, players will have to survive by cooperating to scavenge for materials and build a fortress during the day. By night, they’ll have to fend off the undead in their forts.

Vivendi Reportedly Selling Off Majority Share of Activision Blizzard.

Vivendi—who holds a 60% stake in Activision— is apparently looking to sell off their shares of the gaming giant. If the selling off of shares turns out to be true, Vivendi could stand to make $10 billion by doing so.

After weeks of anticipation, the annual Steam Summer Sale has started. Deals are once again flowing through the online service, albeit later than usual. The Steam Summer Sale is famous for placing large discounts on copious amounts of PC exclusive games. Whether it is a single game, or an entire collection of a developers content, the budget buyer can attain them for as much as 80% off the retail price.

Ouya is a new console being developed to focus on free-to-play games. It’ll also run on the Android platform, be hackable and cost US $99. The purpose is to bring games focused on the mobile, back to the TV screen. And it’s pronounced ‘OOO-yah!’.

After years of wanting and wishing, Metal Gear Solid 4 fans are finally having their prayers answered. The PlayStation smash hit is receiving a much awaited patch to enable the support of trophies in the game. Better late than never.
