Xbox Game Pass is making itself more and more reasonable to purchase for Xbox users. With Xbox Live Gold being pre-included in the Ultimate pass, to high-profile new releases like Total War: Warhammer III being added, people are getting more and more reasons to try it out at worst.
Today’s no different, to be clear. Crunchyroll, one of the biggest anime streaming platforms, looks to be cashing in on this trend and is allowing viewers to have a free trial so long as they are an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriber. So, how does this deal work, and how can you, the reader, get your hands on it? Let’s discuss it, shall we?
Crunchyroll and Game Pass
Taking Crunchyroll up on this Game Pass offer will give you direct access to Crunchyroll’s Mega Fan tier, allowing you to watch whatever you like from its library of more than 1,000 anime titles. You’ll also be able to stream on four separate devices and view content offline on top of that. However, there’s a bit of a massive catch towards this deal.
It seems to be only available to new subscribers, so existing subscribers will not be able to take advantage of the deal, which gives you 75 free days of access to the Mega Fan tier. As you’d expect, the free trial is also set to auto-renew so you’ll have to cancel it before the period ends if you decide not to continue with the subscription.
Crunchyroll is available on most online platforms with an internet connection. You can view the service’s website here.
