The service is available for children between the ages of 5 and 14 who are travelling alone, in accordance with United unaccompanied minor policy. However, children who have matured between the ages of 15 and 17 may also choose this aid. They will be eligible for the added benefits, like free snacks and prizes, after they board the aircraft. Need to load so that there is more time for the kids to settle in before takeoff.
