As the Nintendo 3DS system marches on towards its second birthday in the land of the rising sun, it may shock you to learn that the 3DS has recently passed sales of the PlayStation 3, a console which has been on the market for more than SIX YEARS.
This was due to a sudden surge in 3DS systems being sold last week as (in the week of December 3rd) Nintendo sold 211,499 systems.
