In Japan, the Nintendo 3DS is bringing a new definition to the three in its name. The newest handheld console released by Nintendo is destroying competition by selling over 61,000 units in this week’s Japanese sales charts a lone. Whilst we’ve seen numbers higher than this in the past for other consoles, it is astonishing to learn that the countries second best selling console was the PlayStation 3… selling 20,364 units.
Impressive numbers by anyone’s measurements, especially when being compared to when the system just launched!
