Due to the upcoming release of Borderlands 2’s third DLC add-on, Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt, Gearbox is kicking off an in-game event in which players can find a lot of powerful, you-should-probably-use-them shotguns.
The event starts today and ends tomorrow (Jan. 12th) at 10:55AM CST/4:55PM GMT/11:55 EST, but shortly after, something else (presumably another event) will be announced.
Should you want to take part in getting a bunch of ridiculously powerful guns, you’ll only have to start up an internet connected Borderlands 2 and go looting. Easy, isn’t it?
Meanwhile, Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt is set to release on January 15th (next Tues).
