Activision announced that people who pre-ordered Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 would gain access to a re-imaged version of the popular Nuketown multiplayer map. While that is true, those who pre-ordered the game did gain access to the map, that access has been revoked. Treyarch game designer David Vondehaar tweeted the bad news:
Double XP weekend is official over. That means Nuketown 2025 / 24-7 is as well. I know. RIGHT? Don’t kill the messenger. +
Fans thought they would be able to play on Nuketown 2025 as long as they wanted. As expected, fans are none to pleased about the maps disappearance. We will keep you updated as we find out more.

The way I read it is that they have removed the nuketown only playlist that allowed you to play random game types all on the nuketown map. Surely that means that those who pre-ordered it can still access it online just not 24/7. It should also still be available in zombies mode.
