Rocksteady Games was second to last at the Sony E3 press conference tonight, but they took a backseat to no one when it came time to show their latest trailer for Batman Arkham Knight.
Their E3 trailer for Batman Arkham Knight showed more footage of Batman riding around Gotham on the Batmobile and the infamous Scarecrow. As the Dark Knight closes in on the Penguin, the trailer stutters and then stops, which signals the presence of Scarecrow. Not lacking in the psychological mind tricks, Scarecrow has this to say to Batman: “How many more bones would you crush…How many lives will you destroy in pursuit of what you call justice? You are the product of everything you fear: violence, darkness, helplessness.”
At this point the trailer concludes and Andrew House is on stage to confirm the Scarecrow Nightmare missions will only be available on PlayStation consoles. Of course, over time they might land on the Xbox platform but who wants to wait when you can be tortured by the Scarecrow right out of the gate.
Batman: Arkham Knight is another title which has been delayed to 2015. When it releases, it will be available for PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One.
