Team NINJA has just unveiled two more characters joining the fun in Dead or Alive 5! Amongst the reveal are details of the online mode for the title.
So who are these two characters who will be part of the butt-kicking, bouncy action? Helena Douglas and Lisa
Helena, who leads the Dead or Alive Tournament Executive Committee (also known as DOATEC) has reappeared to announce DOATEC’s revival after it was seemingly destroyed in the previous DOA tournament. Lisa, a scientist, will be joining the game, yet little is known about her motives.
In the online mode, tournaments will be able to allow for up to 16 participants who can set up brackets for a more customized experience. Participants will also be able to view other players’ tournament records and request matches against them. Players will also be able to get some practice and spar with others in the online dojo, which is part of the training mode. There is also a spectator mode for others to watch and comment on fights whilst titles and records earned can also be shared on Facebook. Neat.
The game comes out for the PS3 and 360 on September 28 this year!
