Until Dawn is a brand new title showcasing Sony’s commitment to the PlayStation Move. Developed by Supermassive games, Until Dawn is a first person horror game with a script that everyone is familiar with (not personally, I hope!).
A group of teenagers head off on a trip to stay at the cool guy’s, awesome, huge cabin and the sexy lass lures him in to a private room of their own. The romance is high, for sure, but it’s short lived. A sinister killer is on their way, and this will no doubt bring an abrupt end to the fun and games.
I don’t know why I’m trying to make it sound surprising, you all knew where it was going, but this is without a doubt a design choice. The clichéd narrative and the corny backdrop is all part of the experience in this one.
You’ll be using the PlayStation Move to point your torch around the often times dark and isolated surroundings, but the Move will be used to interact with other things as well. In the trailer, we can see all kinds of interactions with the environment, including item searching, trying to force open locked gates and even the use of shotguns!
