Video game publisher Bohemia Interactive has announced that the complete version of Day Z, their open world zombie game, won’t be available until the first half of 2016. The full game will cost $50 but the Steam Early Access version is available right now for $35 and has already sold over 2 million copies. Producer Brian Hicks has released a statement saying:
“2014 has been an immensely successful year for DayZ. We could have never hoped for so many people to join us for the adventure of Early Access development.”
Bohemia has also released a development roadmap for DazZ. It sets out a timeline for when various features, such as vehicles and diseases, will be added to the game. Check out DayZ’s development roadmap below:

DayZ launches on the PC in the first 6 months of 2016. The console versions will released at a later date.
