Final Fantasy XV‘s Uncovered event happened back in March, and during that event there was a lot of information on the new entry in the Final Fantasy franchise. There were also a lot of trailer. One of the stragglers to have still not been released since the event is footage taken in-game of the environments found in the world of Eos. Well, now Square Enix has made the footage available and you can view it above.
The three-minute trailer showcases many different locales that players will venture through in Final Fantasy XV. It is also a great way to see the Luminous Studio game engine in action. The lighting systems are absolutely incredible looking and the detail in the environment textures is staggering.
If the trailer isn’t enough, a demo for the game was released which contains entirely unique content but demonstrates how the beauty of the game’s engine and its worlds. You also get a tease of the game’s mechanics, and a look at a younger version of Noctis – the game’s main character.
The Uncovered event also revealed a new movie that would be coming out that will also features environments from Final Fantasy XV. Entitled Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV, the movie stars Sean Bean, Aaron Paul and Lena Headey. A new Japanese trailer was also recently released for the film.
Final Fantasy XV releases on September 30th, 2016 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
