Satoru Iwata, Nintendo CEO, stomped on people’s dreams of owning a 3DS model with 2 analogue sticks (instead of the current version of 3DS requiring you to slap on the second stick via the Circle Pad Pro), any time soon.
His reasoning for why there won’t be any new models soon is that it would leave gamers “perplexed”, stating, “a user will get lost with too many choices”. The tiny sliver of hope here is that he said there will be no further 3DS revision “in the near future”. The distant future then, perhaps? Yeah, grasping at straws and all.

Because the Vita requires the finger acrobatics of a well trained tarantula to use, yes?
