Publisher Konami has confirmed today that Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 will receive a brand-new update on March 12th.
Called “Data Pack 4,” PES 2015’s update will add the newest kits, footballs, stadiums and boots.
PES 2015 players will be able to take advantage of footballs like the match ball from this year’s UEFA Champions League final at the Olympiastadion, Berlin, while 11 football boots from renowned sporting brands, such as Nike, Puma and Adidas, will be available once the update’s implemented.
With the January transfer window resulting in numerous footballers switching teams or leagues, Data Pack 4 also addresses this issue by maintaining up-to-date squads and improving the overall rating of specific players.
According to Konami, the update will continue “PES 2015’s reputation for stunning physical and aesthetic reproduction of the sport’s greatest stars” by adding real-life faces from 60 footballers, including Tottenham’s Harry Kane, Paris Saint-Germain’s Javier Pastore and Southampton’s Nathaniel Clyne.
Having launched in Europe and North America in November 2014, Konami has revealed that more than 200 new players have been added to PES 2015, with the publisher saying that more footballers will be included in future updates with the help of community feedback.
The Estadio Alberto J. Armando, better known as the “La Bombonera,” will be one of the new stadiums available in Data Pack 4. However, Konami has confirmed that these stadiums are only accessible on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of PES 2015.
