Remember when it was cool that The Man of Steel and The Dark Knight were getting their very own tribute levels in Lego Batman 3? Now it seems like he and everyone else that’s had anything to do with Batman (and maybe not at all) are joining the dynamic duo in the mother load of DLC that’s being regularly unveiled.
At their New York Comic Con panel this weekend, Traveller’s Tales had a huge collection of reveals for the upcoming Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham that includes everything from Green-Lantern Daffy Ducks to terribly game inept comedians.
First up, comedian and talk show host Conan O’Brien, the additional host of his “Clueless Gamer” YouTube series, will be serving the role of some sort of in-game guide complete with lush, plastic hair.
Another DLC pack for Arrow was also announced for all you fans of the CW’s Stephen Amell, featuring not only the eponymous hooded vigilante, but a bunch of supporting characters from the show, an exclusive level, vehicles, and the voice of Stephen Amell’s very own Oliver Queen/Green Arrow.
DC Comics’ chief creative officer Geoff Johns (in the Green Lantern shirt) and co-publisher and artist for DC Comics Jim Lee (in the Superman shirt) were also shown off to be unlockables, respectively. Lee will also be flinging pencils at people to kill them, because that’s how deadly comics are.
Just because things couldn’t get any wackier, Daffy Duck’s “Green Loontern” (top of the page) will be wielding the Green Lantern’s might with foul fury. The figure otherwise looks identical, just with Daffy’s malformed Lego head to give you nightmares.
Music Meister, Detective Chimp, Mad Hatter, Deadshot, Deathstroke, Kalibak, and Polka-Dot Man are also joining the roster to fill out any categories of weird you never knew you wanted. You will find even more reveals from the panel below including Darkest Knight, Condiment King, Man Bat, and Solar Suit Superman in the gallery below.
Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham comes out for nearly every platform imaginable this Nov. 11th for North America, a day later for Australia, and on Nov. 14th for Europe. Gamers of just about any crowd can find it on the system of their choice, with those being Playstation 4, Xbox One, Playstation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, PC, Mac OSX, Playstation Vita, Nintendo 3DS, and iOS devices.
