Konami has officially announced the Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection, following the news last week where the collection was discovered on a Korean Games Rating Board.
The Legacy Collection is set to release in June (no price has been given yet) and will contain the following titles, as well as two graphic novels from Ashley Wood:
- Metal Gear Solid
- Metal Gear Solid 2: HD Edition
- Metal Gear Solid 3: HD Edition
- Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker HD Edition
- Metal Gear Solid: VR Missions
- Metal Gear Solid 4: Trophy Edition.
“We wanted to give Metal Gear Solid fans the opportunity to experience the series from beginning to end, all on one console,” said Tomoyuki Tsuboi, President of Digital Entertainment at Konami. “With the collection’s multiple titles, players can truly see how Metal Gear Solid evolved into the critically acclaimed and beloved franchise it is today.”
Is there such a thing as too much Metal Gear Solid in one box?
