Lots of news was revealed at the Microsoft E3 press conference in Los Angeles yesterday. When Phil Spencer was on stage, he announced that Moon Studios is working on an Xbox One game, entitled Ori and the Blind Forest. The game is an action-adventure platformer with an emotional story that encourages gamers to explore the environments. The game is powered by the Unity Engine which assists with crafting a memorable experience, coupled with breathtaking graphics and a cinematic score.
Gamers will take control of Ori, the last spirit guardian, as he attempts to save the blind forest and fight off the dark owl, Kuro. In order to complete his mission, Ori must understand the mysteries of the dying forest, solve in-game puzzles and of course, engage in combat with Kuro.
Ori and the Blind Forest will be released on Xbox One and PC in the Fall of 2014, with an Xbox 360 release date to be announced later.
