Nintendo announced six new amiibo that will work specifically with Super Smash Bros. during the final Smash Bros. video presentation today.
The first three: Ryu, Roy, and R.O.B. will be released online and in select stores on March 18th, 2016.
The new DLC characters: Cloud, Corrin, and Bayonetta amiibo are currently in development and will be released at a later date. Nintendo has confirmed in their presentation the actual launch date for these three amiibo will be posted on their website some time in the near future.
